Welcome! ReikiDoula birth services will help you experience birth and motherhood with peace and joy &mdash whether you are giving birth for the first time, having a VBAC or simply seeking to have the most blissful birth possible.
A Reiki session can help you release your fears and break free from the fear-tension-pain cycle empowering you in your journey to a less painful or even pain free birth. Reiki can also be used to ease postpartum depression and anxiety or heal from a traumatic birth by working with the energetic root of these issues. Reiki compliments other forms of alternative and conventional health care.
Having a doula is another way to break the fear-tension-pain cycle. As your doula, I will help you prepare for birth, providing information and a listening ear as you work through your fears and prepare for a blissful birth. During labor I will stay by your side helping you create an oasis of peace and security where the labor process can unfold gently. I will offer Reiki and other stress reduction techniques to support your work of opening. I will also be available after the baby is born to visit with you and answere any questions you have about breastfeeding, baby care, or your birth.
I serve Wilmington, Jacksonville, Southport, and their surrounding areas. I attend births at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Onslow Memorial Hospital, the Navel Hospital on Camp Lejeune, Brunswick Community Hospital and at home.
